  • Established in business minimum of 2 years.
  • Applicant / Director / Partner must have reasonable equity in property.
  • Motor vehicle must be purchased from LMCT supplier (no Private Sales or Sale Buybacks)
  • Clear CRAA reports and good finance reference greater than 12 months. (Homeloan statements will not be accepted)
  • Maximum amount $100,000 including existing underwriter exposure.
  • TrueRent reserves the right to request additional information if necessary.
  • Private Buyers call for price on request.
  • Pricing based on 60 Month term and 30% balloon, alternative terms and balloons may alter rate. Independent tax advice is strongly suggested for tax break eligibility.
